Project brief

SES is a world-leading satellite operator and the first to deliver a differentiated and scalable GEO-MEO offering worldwide, with over 50 satellites in Geostationary Earth Orbit (GEO) and 20 in Medium Earth Orbit (MEO). They operate across Africa, Europe, North and Latin America, Asia and the Middle East.

Simply put, our task as the preferred digital partner for the business in Africa and the Middle East, was to understand the business well enough to develop the digital assets and communications that would create the desired engagement in two different markets.

Our central task for SES was to shift marketing into a powerful sales and business development engine. Through content marketing, email campaigns and comprehensive digital media promoting the brand, rollouts across the region and events our challenge was to position brand opportunities for any company or individual looking to scale across the continent.


We created rich and immersive online experiences targeted at SES’s global partners and set the foundation for us to further utilise content marketing that the brand can capitalize on in the future.

Our efforts resulted in Digital Marketing being established as a company-wide best practice exercise for high impact lead-generation, the most successful Industry Week SES has ever hosted (globally), and live event coverage so that partners who were unable to attend were still part of the experience.


We also partnered with SES to launch Nigeria’s latest free to air 13 channel, television bouquet, Premium Free. Our 3 month campaign reached over 1.2m people, achieved over 900,000 impressions, 200,000 clicks and 170,000 engagements!
