Requirements
Our brief from African Bank was to tell a new story across all of it’s digital mediums – the creation and launch of a new website as well as a digital marketing campaign.
Experience
Through working with multiple divisions and product owners we re-packaged the African Bank online experience to lead with trust, change and industry best practice. Unknownst to many (including internally) the bank was a leader at customer service and also had savings and investment products that yielded the highest industry returns.
In preparing for a shift to full transactional banking we had to make sure content, processes and tools like financial calculators were all rooted in a truly customer centric digital banking journey.
Our comprehensive digital marketing strategy included SEO, AdWords as well as digital media campaigns all to drive trust, service and best rates.
