Requirements

The creation and management of a digital brand and platform that makes insurance simple and fun – from concept to market launch.

Experience

We partnered with the Granadilla team to understand the business concept and opportunity. We then developed the Granadilla brand, website and App that offers instant cover applications, conversational AI and discounted value-added services that showcase Granadilla as the unique banking and insurance product it is.

Our task was to specifically optimise the coverage process, lodging a claim and getting paid out. We achieved this through comprehensive consumer and User Experience research to truly create an accurate picture of consumer needs and desires form a financial product. Through testing and validation we were able to match product features, intuitive design and user needs all on one seamless end-to-end experience.

The most successful and impactful digital products are not once off and stagnant. Throughout the process of launching and brand building we were also able to continuously innovate and test not only new approaches and marketing messages but different insurance products.

After over a year of hard work, The Field Museum website launched in May of 2018. Comparing pre-launch in April 2018, to post-launch in June of 2019, we observed the statistics to the right.
